As the Director of Business Development, Nikki leads by example and measures success by results. She desires to be a catalyst for change, combining tactical execution of strategic initiatives with strong leadership of cross-functional teams to capture overall quality, productivity, and bottom-line financial performance for WellCare. As a dynamic team player, Nikki excels at creating strong teams, developing initiatives, and identifying opportunities to control brand equity while driving business growth. Nikki holds a Master of Arts degree and has over a decade of experience in health care advertising, corporate communications & public relations. As a Writer, she is co-author of a number of business books and has experience as an editor, producer and marketing executive with former clients that include Proctor & Gamble, Johnson Controls, Walter Reed Hospital and Sisters of Charity Hospitals. Nikki was elected to the National Association for Home Care & Hospice Board of Directors and is serving a two-year term as Director of Region IV.
