Traci RobertsDirector of Administration & Risk Management
The Director of Administration & Risk Management combines the oversight of Human Resources with Facilities Management and front line customer service. Traci approaches all with over 20 years experience. After completing her Bachelor of Science degree from UNC Wilmington, Traci started her career in human resources and business. She worked in the startup operation of a now large regional staffing agency where, through careful financial, sales and human resource leadership, she was part of the organization’s growth and outstanding profitability. Her interactions with many local and regional employers required participation in workforce improvement utilizing industrial engineering principles of Six Sigma with workforce skills enhancement on an individual level.
Traci joined WellCare in 2001 and embraced the home care industry. She strives to enhance the customer experience through developing an excellent workforce and remaining ever mindful of the corporate responsibility to provide stability in a complex healthcare business environment. She is committed to employee satisfaction and endeavors to ensure work-life balance for each staff member.
