Clients are referred to WellCare from resources within the community including physicians, hospital discharge planners, community service agencies, friends, relatives, neighbors and you can even refer yourself. However, all services must be authorized by a physician and our staff can assist you in requesting that physician order. Qualified personnel are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
