Well Care Brings Home Care Services to Guilford County, Opens New Greensboro Office
ADVANCE, NC, and GREENSBORO, NC, April 11, 2018 -- Well Care Health is pleased to announce the addition of its home care services in Guilford County. The agency now offers private duty nursing, personal care and companionship services to the greater Greensboro community.
Well Care already provides skilled, home health care in Guilford County which includes skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social work, and home health aide services. These skilled home health services combined with the addition of Well Care's new, home care footprint brings a full suite of in-home care options to Guilford County. Well Care's fully-integrated in-home care model will help patients heal and thrive in the comfort of their own homes, and bring more health care options to the region's medical community.
